They never call you for jury duty. They mail you first. What's the scammer's number?

Warrants gets a knock on the door, not a phone call. Unless it is someone I know, I treat every call as a scam. Last year, I was getting spoofed calls from my own number. I wasted so much of their time they finally cursed me and gave up. Give them hell!

Received the exact same call last week and almost feel for it too. Sounded extremely legitimate but said that I was contacting my attorney and they hung up. They called my next door neighbor 5 minutes after they called me trying to scam him as well. They were calling everyone on my road.

Ask for the warrant number and say your attorney will look into it. Scammers will run away pronto.

It's very alarming how many scams happen all over the country every day. I get scam calls all the time. I block them and go on about my business but is annoying.

Any contact to you from an unknown party whether it be text, e-mail or phone call can almost always be placed in one of two categories: A short con or a long con.

And thank you for your service to your community by skipping jury duty. I have appeared every time I have been summoned. over 20 years.

The oldest trick in the book and thieves still use it. Local and Federal do not have the time to call you, they will send you letter maybe, but phone call - not a chance.

Bro they don’t even contact you for real jury duty! I got the real mail envelope like 7 months ago. I have 2 addresses one at my mothers house in Houston Tx and my house were I currently live in Arizona! They sent me a summons for jury duty in Texas! Didn’t even go or call the court just had a background check 2 weeks ago nothing shown for both states!

There's a phone number. Did anyone in law enforcement make the slightest effort to see where it leads?
