I always forget that the UYA PS3 "remaster" doesn't have snow, or moving planet effects. It's interesting: The sky - backgrounds rotate in every remaster, except for UYA. They kinda dropped the ball on that one.

Is this missing rain splash textures due to rain not being implemented on this planet, or is it something else? Fascinating as always
