Curious Cougar Cub

My camera was attached to a t-post in the middle of this dry creek bed. There were no trees available and this seemed like the sturdiest option. If I put the camera on a tripod it would be pushed over by black bears and elk.

It must have looked odd to this cub as it was walking down the creek bed to get a drink on the other side of the camera. This is the same camera that captured the golden eagle that I posted a few days ago.
