Another idea those chatter marks might make the barrel heat up uneven which would tend to throw bullet occasionally if you were to have the polished out it might make the barrel shoot even better.

My 457 At-One stock barrel puts the IBI to shame. I did polish the bore with JB and now it’s like a mirror.

Because it's only around the muzzle and chamber, may indicate that a pilot was used on the crowning tool and chamber reamers always have a pilot so always expect some tooling marks there.

The chatter marks in my Anschutz are exactly like that but slightly worse and are all the way down from one end to the other. They soon become leaded and not so noticeable when it’s had a few through it. I would guess that the IBI has been polished to form a slight choke at the muzzle and so still has the marks as less metal has been polished back. Wouldn’t worry about it but the chamber is very poor. Perhaps got some chips jammed up in the reamer during manufacture.
That’s my guess.

I wonder if the divot on the chamber edge from firing pin strike? As for the rest...am keen to see what your CZ shows!

Afternoon Ryan, I have the same barrel as you on a CZ457 as well. I purchased the barrel close to when you received you're but it was a little ahead of mine, if that means anything at all. I just bore scoped mine after watching your video. My barrel looks different in that I don't have any chatter marks in the barrel and it looks consistent from the leads to the crown. My chamber shows the usual tooling marks close to the lead and the rest of the chamber is fairly uniform. I do how ever have those small dimples on the outer edge at the start of the chamber.

I could send you a video of mine barrel if you are interested but I'm not sure how you do that through YouTube.

As always, thanks for posting, Dave

That is anormal unlapped barrel. Stop cleaning it so well. Go a couple of bricks and stop shooting the hot stuff.

I would see what ibi has to say about it.

my ibi has extraction issues as well gonna check it on the borescope to see. i had pretty good accuracy for what i needed and reliability with federal auto match so i just stocked up. its shoots 1-1.5” at 100. A lot of other brands would have issues just the same. everything did shoot pretty well through it for accuracy though

Looks like the chamber reamer may have had damage. . Has it been sent back for work? The tooling marks should have been lapped out. But they most likely won’t have any effect on it.

It doesn't make this better but I have seen way worst I mean way worst in the chamber. Of course you can send it back but I do not think that is causing extraction issues. Take your bolt and look at the extractor under a magnifying glass to make sure there are no chips in it. It is a BAD problem but the 457 extractors some chip and cause the issue. Which is why Volquartsen actually got in the business of making them.
As for the barrel send them this video and ask them there opinion.

If you're satisfied with how it shoots and you haven't had extraction problems then you're good to go. Compared to the chatter marks in some barrels I have - Savage and Sabatti, for example - those are nothing. The all important factor is how it shoots. Don't overthink it.

Mine doesn't have the chatter marks... if it shoots I wouldn't worry about it

Not smart enough to know if that's an issue but interested to see what people say and where it goes.

With the price of IBI barrels I would expect better workmanship. It looks as if the chamber has not been polished.

That is what you get on button rifled barrels when they are not lapped.

Hard to tell if this is enough to really cause issues but when buying an aftermarket barrel you sure expect a bit better than this!
