What did you think of that golden beat in the thumbnail? I thought it was pretty flame, it's one of my better designs.

A lot of graphic design and a little human behavior study goes into thumbnails. It's actually really hard to design them for a number of reasons. From a graphic design perspective, it needs to work on a very small screen area as if you saw it in the suggested sidebar. From the human behavior side, it needs to attract attention without showing too much information. It actually has some parallels to music production in that way. You can easily ruin a beat by adding too many sounds in it in the same way that you can ruin a thumbnail by adding a lot of text and unfamiliar images.

Yo whats a good computer that you'd recommend foe running a daw with effects. Like what's the one you have. If you could find time to answer. I would greatly appreciate it. been curious for a while about how at 4:50 you force the vocal to match the MIDI's pitch. what is this technique called and how exactly is it done? i remember you mentioning it in the hyperpop vocals video but still a bit unsure how its done haha
