For those of you who don't know and are to scared or lazy to look it up: it's a game called "bad parenting" a little boy named Ron got murdered by his father who was usually drunk. His mother would come home late at night and the father thought she was out cheating and would (basically) abuse her. So a bunch of YouTubers played the game I recommend watching KreekCraft playing it because the super chats made it less scary.

i suggest playing the game yourself, it doesn't have a lot of jumpscares and if there are they aren't very scary




you play as a boy about 3-4, named Ron, you have a mom and a dad
your mom works late every day, trying to make enough money for the family
your mother misses your birthday because she's been working so late, so she makes up a man named "Redface" that brings you presents, your father is not happy that your mom is lying and they get into an argument, you go to sleep before they do
the next day you wake up and find a present that you assume is from Redface, it is a doll called Ron that looks just like you, it's neck is a bit broken, the doll tells you not to worry as the other dolls are far worse.
it can talk to you, it tells you it's connected to you by their "master", you go to eat, and the doll tells you it can restore the food, you eat it and it does, you get a short cutscene showing the doll "drinking" out of the bottle on the table
it turns out the "master" took your dad because he was being a bad dad, (hitting and things) but you still love your dad, so you want to save him, the doll tells you to go into the closet using the dad's radio
you arrive at a place where you find different children in weird places, they invite you to sit with them but you refuse because you want to save your dad
you find a door with your dad inside, laying on a bed, you say to your father to come with you, but he doesn't move, instead he says "please stop punishing me", you also find a card in the prison
you're suddenly back in the closet, your mom has come back from work and found you inside of the closet hiding, she tells you you forgot to take your medicine, and to "just go to bed", when you go back to your room you faint after seeing something weird, your mom takes you to your bed and tells you she will take the next day off to take care of you, and you go to sleep
when you wake up, your mom is missing, even though she said she would be there
your doll now looks beaten up, it says that the master took your mom, and he's coming for you too, so you have to run, you refuse going to save your parents instead, it turns out the card you found was a spell to get rid of redface for good, you rush to the closet to save your mom, you see her crying on a chair in another "prison room", you throw the spell inside of the room and run to hide, as he goes inside the room a bright light can be seen
the doll's master has been defeated, but because of that the magic that makes the doll has faded away, so the doll is withering away too
the doll tells you to not worry and go out and see your parents, when you do, they ignore you, instead they are arguing with eachother:
the dad is blaming the mom for cheating on him, hitting the mom several times in the conversation
the mom denies cheating saying she's been working hard to keep the family going, meanwhile blaming the father for not doing anything for the house except drinking alcohol and being abusive
your parents agree on a divorce, your mother says she will be back to take you with her if your dad doesn't move out by tommorow
your father is now drinking at the table, being angry, he decides to put a "stop" to this, he turns into redface, and goes to your room where you are sleeping
he beats you and murders you by choking you and breaking your neck while you helplessly scream, as you watch what's happening in a spirit form, he chucks your body into your closet that was always closed
you deny that you are not alive, but your doll tells you you are, you have been dead for 14 days already, you've been reliving the same exact thing every single day and then forgetting
you kept making up stories to cope with the fact that your dad is so bad
your doll was trying to help you get back to reality
you find out your dad is hiding in a cheap motel room from the police, meanwhile your mom was clueless, because she always came home late, she could see your spirit at night, but not at day. she was the one taking the medicine.
you have been haunting your dad those 14 whole days telling him to come with you.
the day the mom took the day off to take care of you, she found out the truth.
that "spell" you threw into the "prison room" was the motel card for the dad's hotel, you threw it in the interrogation room at the police station to help the police find your dad.
your dad has been arrested and charged for his crimes as your mom mourns your death.
you come back to the place you've been before, as the children that you ignored wave to you, one sitting in a grave, one on a campfire, and one in the back of a truck. you wave back and sit with them in your closet.


the saddest thing about this game is that it's based off of a true story, these things are happening in real life to hundreds or even thousands of children around the world.



extra explanations:

- "Redface" was not a real person, it was your dad, you made him up to split your dad and your abusive dad into 2 people as a coping mechanism.
- you were murdered on your birthday
- the doll is the "knowing" part of you, the one who was waiting for you to wake up
- the doll's neck was broken as a foreshadowing to your death
- "the other dolls are far worse", the other children that sit with you at the end, they all suffered a fate like you, their place of sitting being where their body was disposed, you only experienced a quick death, while the other children might have had it 10x worse.
- the doll could restore the food because you never ate it, you were dead, you can't eat it, your mom thought you were waking up late hence you didn't eat your meal earlier
- the doll "drinking" was a foreshadowing to how your dad drunk the same way before he murdered you, how abusive he has been because of his addiction
- your mother could see you because she is probably schizo, hence why she was taking medicine, there's a common belief that you can see spirits at night
- your mom never cheated on your dad, he was making it up to feel better about himself

Fun fact: in the intro of bad parenting, the door opens 14 times, 7 times normally and 7 times opening hard. That is how many days it took to find Ron's dead body, 14 if u listen closely in the intro again, the voice may talk inaudible sounds, but it's actually saying maru**na. Stating that Ron's father is an alcoholic, which at the ending, grabs Ron and kills him by the neck.

I have a theory!

Since the door opens 14 times which took the mom 14 days to find Ron i think the door opening 14 times is her coming home from work 14 times, and the bigger the door opens the more worried she gets because she cant find Ron. So the last time the door opens it opens slowly meaning she found Ron.

This is just a theory! :)

Theres a gift. You open it and see a talking... DOLL?!
your startled at first but your calmed by the voice. You are told to open the wardrobe/closet door. You do but you cant seem to open it. You are told to keep trying. You go into mom/dads room and open theirs. You decide to grab his radio (dads) and place it infront of the closet/wardrobe.you decide to change settings to open a certain portal


Ron:wheres dad?
Doll:my master has taken him
Ron:where?!
Doll:im afraid i cannot say.

So you step into the portal when told to. You see a black cat at a stand and are forced to help the black cat find your dad. You are lead to a big white, cushioned room with dad suffering on the small bed.
You help him get back home. Soon later, you cant find mother. You have gone through that same thing again.

You come back and a jump to when you meet mr. Red face. You see him crawling towards you. You scream and get jumpscared. That may be the end lf the game. If you want to find out more (in between jumps) please watch people play it! Read the warnings down below!
