It took 3hrs and 44mins to make this scene ready to render as a visual loop.

Nice work and lighting! But the scene looks miniature, not proportion, no subject and over blurred.
I think it would be more nicer if you will move the camera lower than or equal to the eye height to make the building more taller, to make the composition much more natural. Don't be afraid to use proper dimensions too.
Also remove the canopy on the right side of the image, it makes the composition break, instead make the road much more visible by putting more puddles, or make the road much more lighter so it can reflect light more from the sign and make the composition more balance.
Create a subject(the center of the attraction of the image) like a person walking, biking, etc.
The image is very blurred and looks miniature. Adjust the focal length of the camera so the miniature effect become more less.
You can also study photography, as it is the descendants of this kind of art.
