It's about chemistry as much as skill. Team isn't a thing built for egos, team isn't a thing built for selfishness, a team dosent work if everyone isn't on the same page of working together to achieve something greater. Kd wins by going to a team that's been together for a couple years now so they have that chemistry. The nets never had it and the NY media wouldn't stop harassing these 3 players and they couldn't handle it.
