That countertop which "can serve as a desk" doesn't look comfortable. The woman can't even sit straight, as there is no room for legs.

I do not like those all curtains. It does not look proffesional. You can still hear the noises from other area. But I understand it is temporary cheap solution before some wall in place.

All the painted OSB wouldn't look good in person either. Not to mention if there's no sheet rock under it, against many building codes.

Absolutely love the color and natural style of this place, but reused curtain rail and chipboard doesnt say style or beauty to me sadly. I'm sure chipboard is worse for the environment to produce than say using a natural wood direct from source. I think we hit the peak in the 2000s, imho we are now trying to tick boxes over quality or practicality. Our quality of life reflects our mental health, homes are getting smaller and materials becoming inferior is not helping matters.

I love the curtains idea... Of using metal wire to hang then.. occupies less space and provides privacy/cutting the lights off from other work area when needed
