It isn't really a thing, nor does it exist in one particular place.
You could say that it is an optical phenomenon that only appears when the atmospheric conditions are just right, and so is the sunlight.
It is also dependent on the viewer's position, that should be in this one particular place.
It isn't something divine or angelic, but it's appearance can be truly and utterly breathtaking.
And some would say that it is borderline magical.

I accidentally stumbled across CBL about a month ago. The cover art for this album is hypnotic and drew me in. I know it came out in 2017... but it's my 2021 favorite. They should have used these tracks in the movie Bladerunner 2049. This album would have been the perfect accompaniment.
