I realize that pigs are the way to go for maximum profits, but I have a lot more fun growing a variety of crops and revenue, earning a decent paycheck here and there and a big payday once a week when my ancient fruit come in.

Dude if you have that farm on year one that is very impressive also it would take the entire day to just gather all of the truffles from the pigs in the year 30 one lol

I always gather my truffles at night, after the animals go indoors 😂

For anyone who doesn't play Stardew, the brown things are truffles. Pigs can dig them up if you let them outside their barns. They're worth a lot of money, but pigs are expensive to buy in the first place, so some players (such as me) don't get any pigs until at least year 2 for lack of money to buy the pigs.

I finally got a few chickens and cows in year 2. I was mostly focused on marrying Sebastian in the first year and got married in the begining of year 2

I played slowly because I wanted to talk and be friends with everyone! Also I think I was less worried about a profit than getting the quest or doing something I wanted.

Me with a farm that can only handle 30 crops and ignoring my entire farm focusing on mining and fishing (atleast it got better at year 2)

When I first played Stardew, I speedran getting a pig
And I was like
"This wasn't worth it."

But since I had the double foraging item and iridium quality for every foraged Item

Uh

I realized that it was very much worth it and got a lot more pigs

Also rebuild your greenhouse fill it all the way with ancient seeds after that they will make fruit basically forever just gotta wait a bit also you can plant trees on the inside on the tiles of the greenhouse

Dude I love this game so much, I still remember when it was realesed in 2016. I was passing throught hard times and this game mades me felt a bit alive again (I married Harley and got an big farm with a lot of starfruits lol)
