Everyone’s blaming the companies, but let’s face it: fans are equally to blame. We hold such high standards for idols that they can’t help but to feel pressured into being perfect.

I feel like companies don’t care as long as you’re breathing you’re working

She's honestly not really "exposing" anything, but she is giving wonderful advice born from experience gained at the height of success and the ups & downs of stardom in her industry. I greatly respect now a bit more elderly K-pop artists such as Tiffany & Sunmi who have so much care and desire to help the new younger generation of K-pop "idols".

They are willing to share their stories and the lessons learned in such an honest way without trying to maintain appearances and that is such a beautiful trait to have maintained within an industry often designed around "shallow" and easily marketable presentation rather than raw emotional honesty.

When I feel down, I sometimes listens to this interview. There is something the way she deliveries her message. Its something like shes saying that its okay to not be okay.

She’s not exposing kpop she’s just telling the obvious, a lot of kpop fans refuse to believe that they are humans, and refuse to believe they can’t control them. but they are human, no matter what.

Tiffany always speaks her mind. And I love her for that

And that is why SNSD is always my first kpop group! They're always known to be a group of rebels, I read somewhere that some of them always try to escape from their rooms and their bodyguards had a hard time tracking them down just to get them back to their place. Hahah

A reality that every idol have experienced before they've known worldwide. But it's worth it now for them specially to Tiffany, she's courageous 😊🖤

I think many people don't know about kpop companies, my mum was an employee at a big4 kpop company and it's usually not what fans think, especially nowadays, times have changed 2023 has, companies and idols have broader visions, the staff and team and idols work really hard throughout their careers and idols have a lot of freedom and they are free to speak their minds and try new things.
One of the reasons u see that things are being too much in control is because the public is overly sensitive to everything, like literally the smallest things.
If the public and fans were able to think more freely idols and companies would be able to work more efficiently.

Tiffany, Hyoyeon, and Jessica were my bias in that group because they are the rebels.

Between the companies and the fans, the idols are always be the victim.

If only kpop companies didn't see these humans as business products and didn't push them through hellish schedules...maybe then they'd enjoy their careers even more. Agencies hiding behind an artist and forcing them to apologize on behalf for their mistakes, forcing someone to leave the group bcoz of rumors....yeah the list goes on & on. The funny thing is there are some fans who support/stan kpop companies, I could never understand those weirdos.
The kpop fandom culture is toxic too but that normally depends on which fandom you are talking about.

Tiffany was born and raised in California, USA. We were born of rebellion and value the individual doing their own thing that doesn't hurt someone. Koreans value conformity so her mature attitude may seem rebellious there especially as a woman in Korea.
