1999 ford F350 4x4 super duty gas tank pump inside the tank. I never done this type of pump before .. and i couldnt find anything on internet about it.. so this is what the inside looks like

I used a sink drain removal tool I bought from home depot for 10 bucks to get the screw top off. I already had the tool but it is the PERFECT tool for the job. awesome video, couldn't figure out it had two clips for some reason. thanks a lot.

Excellent. I've done a few GM type fuel pump removals and they all came out as a module and connected. This Ford got me confused as the bottom stayed in place and no hard frame connecting the top and bottom parts of the pump. Thank you for showing the 2 side "clips". Helpful.

I sure as SHIT wish I had seen this video before changing my pump! Thank you for the information. It is very accurate. Too bad they didn't have this information at the auto supply store!

Is there anyway to get a new plastic in there to hold a fuel pump. I believe the old “mechanic” broke it from inside the tank.
