Great video. But one thing you need to add that is truly important is that their Customer Service is AWFUL!! Do not expect quick responses (it takes days) and do not expect any elaboration of their response when they finally do answer. No matter how much you try to explain your needs and/or your issue, you will receive two sentence answers with a link (which is usually the very link that prompted the question to begin with).

I about a month or 2 ago thought of a competing file storage business and I checked after thinking of the idea and I saw a domain name that I want to use available

My idea is not only cloud storage but it is also a NAS system

I have a Windows Central article open from May that’s about building your own NAS but the NAS operating system options are like uhh

I guess I may have Sync as a competitor

I’m not big on cloud storage as I don’t have much need for it. It’s either google drive or iCloud for me. But this was still a very informative video!!

I am looking for something to store my videos as I create them. My dropbox is getting full and I will need to either increase the storage. I have been putting some in my google drive as well. What are your thoughts? I have the raw version, edited version and the notes just like Katie Lance taught us in our Vegas class.
