Indian Palms Country Club in Indio, CA – Located off Jackson St and Avenue 50 in Indio, CA. Indian Palms Country Club is a 24-hour guard-gated community that consists of 3,000 homes and is just 35 miles east of Palm Springs, CA. This community has a history going back to the early 1930s. Floyd Odlum (RKO Pictures) and his wife, Jackie Cochran fell in love with 640 acres, now home to Indian Palms Country Club. Majestic views of the Santa Rosa Mountains. Indian Palms Country Club features a 27-hole championship golf course. The grounds have been visited by Amelia Earhart and President Eisenhower.

Built from 1974-2020 Indian Palms CC is comprised of both single-family homes and condos. Condos range in size from 616 square feet to 1,200 sq ft. Homes in the area are sized between 1,300 square feet and 3,530 sq ft with an average lot size of 5,474 sq ft. Situated on fee simple land.

As of April 2019, there are 19 associations in Indian Palms resulting in a wide range of HOA and Condo fees.
