The other thing that doesn't work is big government subsidy for entrepreneurs What seems to work is a thriving ecosystem full of patient investors willing to give their time willing to coach So a university that brings the spirit of education and a place for entrepreneurs to be trained and then to rub shoulders with practitioners who are going to support and help them What seems to be very very powerful are these clusters of innovation And so I think what a government can do is sort of spot where those clusters are developing and very selectively and carefully reinforce the cluster and then entrepreneurship will follow And one example you gave of a cluster was those built around universities that have a certain skill
