the davco filter was sucking air, fuel wasnt above the lock ring, and it also had the wrong filter in it, cummins takes a 10 micron not the 25 micron, the fifth wheel bushing movement was normal, if your taking 20 hours to do a front cover stop draining the coolant and removing the radiator, the whole thing can be done with the radiator in and the oil pan on, with the long low oil pressure times i would want the repair records, if they have none i would want the oil pan pulled and check the main bearings, need to see the current ecm time vs when the low oil pressure happened with insite, also with that mileage the clutch springs are broken if it hasnt had a clutch it will need one soon.
