Will Adam or Lute die in Hazbin Hotel?

The other day i did a short about how vivzie said one important character will die in season 1 of hazbin hotel, with my pick being sir pentious. Today viv did a livestream where she again said someone will die, however she said it won’t be angel dust or husk. I’ll cover a couple side characters who could also die.

So keekee the cat could be next on the chopping block. She’s the physical embodiment of the hotel, and in the trading cards we see the hotel destroyed. So perhaps keekee dies once the hotel is destroyed, and they build the new upgraded one in her memory.

Lute’s voice actor confirmed she’ll be back in season 2 which rules her out.

Adam is my next best pick on who’s going to die. He’s the main villain of season 1, so it makes sense for him to die and this angers lute, causing her to be a more threatening villain in season 2. It also makes sense for him to die and then be replaced by a bigger villain like eve, lilith or roo.

And lastly i doubt any of the three vee’s will die. Viv said they could get their own spinoff show at some point, and there’s a bunch of unresolved rivalries such as vox with alastor and valentino with angel.

I think it'll be Lute.

Her death would be a slap in the face to Adam, caused by his carelessness of treating the Exterminations like a game rather than a military operation, even going as far as to be dismissive of one of his subordinates being killed in the last Extermination.

Her death will either play a part in him getting kicked out of heaven or to set him up as a much greater threat in season 2.

Personally I think the "Someone will die" thing is going to be a new cast member. Like someone dies and plops down into Hell (having died and thus not disproving Vivzie but also not fucking over any characters drastically), becoming a new MC for season 2. I think such a plot twist is possible and maybe even likely.
