I believe no one killed kokushibo. Kokushibo was killed because he realized his mistake he said “why did I have to become this monster just to surpass yoriichi” and he refused to regenerate. Same with Akaza but I’m not sure and I believe the demon slayer mark killed gyomei since he was 27 years old and the demon slayer mark users don’t live more than 23 or 25 years old
