That system is full of amazing! I remember I really wanted that Tandy amplifier for my 1000 RLX HD system. Coupled with the very '90s Labtec bookshelf speakers... *chef's kiss*

Back in the day I had a p133 I put win3.1 on for high school (like '99 or so), I remember being so irritated having to type "win" to get on. So my dad said "son step aside", and edited the startup to log on automatically. Solved alot of anger coming to a machine that needed those damn 3 keys pushed lol

I miss my 386SX with the 387 math co-processor. It was 8 MHZ with a turbo boost button that would make it 16 MHZ. It came with Windows BEFORE DRAG AND DROP!! i'M TALKING REALLY OLD SCHOOL!

Always a good time for a caffeine break while waiting for Windoze to finish booting up.

It’s honestly amazing how fast computers have become over the past 30 years. What used to take a week to download, can be live streamed. My first pc build had an intel pentium 1 processor at 133Mhz, a 3GB HDD, and 14.4 Mbps dialup, I remember being ecstatic to install my 59.9 Mbps dialup card I bought at Walmart one night. Although those speeds were never even close to what speeds were seen, they were the "theatrical" speeds. If someone picked up the phone... there went the download progress.. haha I still have a windows 98 install cd and floppy disk.. Free Aol trial disk and a whole system old enough to copy movies with. ( before copywriting protection was added .) I keep it around for when I have grandkids, they can take it to school for show and tell.

That brings back good memories of when I started programming scripts and look at me now I’m a full stack developer, it was a journey for sure.

Love the way you have that good old PC, take care of him❤
