Marty, I'm coming up on 79 and just start your beginner lessons three months ago and I am hooked. I started with an inexpensive acoustic guitar I've had for some time and just purchased an electric guitar. Thanks to you I'm loving it and wished I had started sooner. Just picked up the guitar again a few months ago after not playing for twenty plus years. Building up the callouses, re-learning all the old chords and now diving back into the blues. Kind of like riding a bike, amazing how this all comes back from what's left of my brain cells. Thank you so much for making this available. In the old days (pre-internet) you would have to shell out lots of $$'s to get this type of instruction. You're awesome Marty!
PS: My wife says I'm developing serious GAS again; "but why do you need seven guitars?" BS. What the hell, it's just money (well spent-IMHO).

I went to his memorial at the Boom Boom Room in San Francisco. So many great Bay Area musicians showed up to pay their respects. They did a really nice round robin. Marty thanks for all your excellent guitar lessons.
Some people might say their rudimentary. But a lot of us learned to run before we could walk. So we need to brush up on the basics. There are so many different approaches. When I was young I couldn't play the blues
Because I couldn't feel them.
But now I'm older and I think classic examples should be part of your repertoire. Thanks again.
