Around minute 14:01, Yash mentions synthetic binding.
Which was a beloved feature by all developers to eliminate hard code boiler plate ( Like the findViewById() method/function ).
However, from my research ( google search ) currently; as of 07/14/2022
I've found that synthetic binding has unfortunately been deprecated.
I had to use the findViewById() function to make this happen : /
