I have one other element to this case as well that could put everything in perspective! And that is that if the other theories are not possible then it could just could fall back on two things and to me I find this quite possible then the other theories that I have presented, and that is that maybe the mysterious woman captured on video with Sheha doing her last known moment alive may not have had anything to do not knowledge of the disappearance of sheha Anne Phillips, and again whatever happened to Sheha occurred Sept 10, and whatever happened to the mysterious woman may not have no relation to the Sheha Anne case as the reason as to why this mysterious woman has never been identified and found is that instead of sheha Anne she herself may have been s victim of the 911 attacks the morning after the disappearance of sheha Anne Phillips, and if this is so as it's possible then that means that the disappearance of sheha Anne Phillips are much more sinister than from whatever has been speculated regarding her mysterious disappearance, and her disappearance could have been from the result of a serial killer. Again this theory are possible considering the fact that her disappearance occurred under very suspicious circumstances doing the heart of the unsolved long island serial killings that been taking place doing that time of Sheha Anne disappearance! Which means that was a unknown killer operating thru out central new york abducting and killing young women doing a 15 year period in 2001. Now labeled former new york architect the gilgo beach serial killer rex heuermann has been recently arrested for the long island serial killings of new York, it's a strong possibility that he could be the person of interest in the Sheha Anne Phillips case given that in 2001 he was the unknown long island serial killer abducting and killing women thru out new york plus around the time of Sheha Anne disappearance heuerman had a office and worked by the empire state building in the Eastside of Manhattan which put him in the same section of new York around the time of Sheha Anne Phillips disappearance! She were never a 911 victim. The surveillance footage which captured her last moments alive hints at that strongly, that her disappearance occurred the night before the 911 attacks!!! Something much more sinister happened to her the night of sept 10, 2000. Two possible elements in this case is one the woman captured in the video with Sheha thru passage of time it became possible reality that the mysterious woman in the video with Sheha were not involved in her disappearance but who too like Sheha may have become a murder victim the night of Sept 10, 2000. From the start of the investigation i have come to the conclusion at first that the woman was so how involved in the disappearance of sheha Anne Phillips involved in some type love triangle with Sheha and the husband but i have discarded my thoughts on that theory considering that law enforcement has been seeking for this mysterious woman for s very very very number of years since the investigation into the Sheha Anne Phillips disappearance and it has become clear that the mysterious woman couldn't in no way elude law enforcement for this long period of time plus given today's technology where u can find a bug a million miles away picking his nose, so it would be impossible for this mysterious woman seen on video with Sheha be able to elude police this long period of time, its clear to me that she became a murder victim who was killed to tie up loose ends in the Sheha Anne Phillips disappearance as most killers do in most cases when parties around doing their murders they eliminate them too so it's my opinion that whoever harmed Sheha Anne Phillips harmed the mysterious woman that's the reason almost 24 years later she still cant be found.
