Can't wait to see the asymmetrical seminar. Would love to see some fresh insight and a real explanation on the reason you get the different reactions based on where the mb is located. Also why some bowlers just don't match up well with asymmetricals.

If you get a chance can you do a Hammer Black Widow Gold/Black review? Love your channel as well 👍🏻

A very informative video and simply put as well. I knew your name sounded familiar, a buddy of mine wanted me to watch this video because you seem to have the same view as I have on asymmetrical weight blocks. Anyways I'm terrible with names but when I saw who you were, light bulb came on... Long story short the Track In2ition is the asyms last shot in my bag. Using all the information I have on the way my ball rolls and being a precise as possible it was determined that 50 x 5 x 45 would be more than ideal. Sad news and same result … Squirty and condition specific once again

Hi, picking your brain, ...used to Carry 210+avg with 706A 15 lb on heavy oil, highest game was 300 on a sat practice dynothane 15lb med oil house shot.. bought 2 14 lb cuz of injuries n age, one is sym. Other is asym with k22, they all overhook cuz I can only throw 11 to 12 mph not 100 %sure of revs but balls ar fingertip and I'm guessing 295-325 rpm. I want my newest ball to be continuous...almost like a full roll but more angle to b high flush. Will I drill continuous layout I need as much length as possible cuz only 12mph max. B4, I was using skid snap w 706A....we never know what oil is on the lanes untill we roll...I got k22 for heavy oil...non sym and reactive resin sym for less to dry oil. Rt now only averaging 180 + or - a few have the knowledge of adjustments on the approach but need help drilling proper layouts for less hook at break pnt at 12 mph thanks this vid was very good info!!!

I've always been curious what the various layouts did to the bowling ball. Thank you so much for a through explanation. And the fact the average bowler, like me, wouldn't notice much at my level as I'm re-learning how to bowl with these new balls as of 1/2024. Note: I have not bowled since 1997 so 25 years of technology has made my AMF "Angle" somewhat obsolete and don't even fit my hand anymore!

Thank you for taking the time to explain layouts in a clear and educational way. I had one ball with a traction layout and the other one had a continuous layout. Next I will find speed, rev rate, tilt, rotation, and point so I will be better informed with the next purchase and as a bowler.

My speed is average 13 (reduced due to lumbar pain), PAP is 5 & 7/8Up, Rev around 200. I need the following
1) A very strong skid-flip (strong backend) layout
2) A very strong continous layout
Would you be able to help please?

I bowl from a wheelchair. What ball do you recommend? My average is 145 and I throw a 12 pound ball.

So what you're pretty much saying is that 70 x 3.5 x 20 is a crappy layout? I just got the Storm Dark Code drilled with that layout and the pro-shop operator is an Engineer as well and he said that would be a good angular layout.

I know this is an old video, but what "app" or program are you using to input the bowler data and be able to see the oil tracking of the ball? I think this information can be super helpful if it's out there. Maybe a CTD app? 🤔🤔🤔🤔

I have a 15lb Venom Shock that I haven’t drilled yet until I find out my PAP. I bowl right handed in the “angular” style being shown in this video. Is the angular layout shown here a generic that would need to be adjusted based on the Venom Shock specs, my PAP, and my finger span? Oh also very important I am a no thumb bowler with no thumb hole, or balance hole as well. I do not bowl two handed though. I believe last time my ball was drilled the pro shop took my span measurements including the thumb for mock up measuring purposes. Then when it came time to drill just drilled the middle and ring finger holes, and left the thumb out. I’m not sure it that’s how they should have did it though? 😆. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Very nice video. I want some infos pls... I have a low rev rate of around 175-200 and speed of avg 13. I want a very strong angular asymmetric ball for the heaviest of oil condition. Can u provide a drilling layout pls and suggest such ball? Also is the Radical Zing good as I want to purchase that ball which is very strong in the backend as per the description of the ball given.

Great Video with lots of useful info ... In regards to the software - Powerhouse Blueprint Software ... It looks like it is not supported anymore and I was using a 5 day free trial and loved it! ... two balls with layout and drilled by local pro shop(specs provided) flare over the thumb hole ... Anyway to get a full version of Powerhouse Blueprint Software???
