How on earth can it be that I missed this band until now?!? A Spotify algorithm brought up this song today while I was working. At first I was like "wow, this sounds good!" and then paid attention to the lyrics as well.
Now lunch break and I had to go to YouTube. The video was very much worth it, I have to say! The messages. All so right...!
I definitely need to get more familiar with the band and ask my friends if they had missed them as well.

Saw them last night at The Rescue rooms in Nottingham, i hadn't heard a thing by them - a mate gave me a free ticket, i thought they were great. A really good 'Sound' the drummer was great and the keyboard player had a presence about her too. It was very politically charged a lot of questioning and finger wagging at the authorities. Which is fine and it got me thinking more on topics that i'd already been sat on for a


How does one actually run a country and keep people happy? I think its impossible? I think a lot of people think you can put changes in place and expect it to be done inside two months. A very wise man once said, if you are 4 years in power you get the chance to change maybe 2 things. So its ok reeling off 30 things about what's wrong with the Government, but you can't fix one without another one saying "what about us?" you want to improve healthcare? you lose the money and budget for parenthood funding (Imagine that, mums everywhere!!! i need £xxxx£ amount because my child must have this that and the other & i need to buy them a games console for christmas so i don't have to interact with them) Of course our government ensure they are very well paid and are greedy, but then i can't knock that. I'm greedy, my boss is greedy, a lot of people i love are greedy. What's the problem? - Two things are certain - You will pay taxes and you will want more.


The ticket prices will rise the next time this band are in Nottingham....


A) Because they are good
B) Because of greed by "businessmen" that she mentions in one of the songs.
C) Because the band will want more - not for need, maybe for greed?


Anyhow, just a few thoughts but gig, good band.
