Quick & easy! 3 years later and still very relevant. Thank you!

How can I make it so I can pull multiple records at once, for example if I had my form with combo boxes that allow selecting 1-10 of a reference id, and a query then lists those records. I can get it to do one, but I don't know how to write the criteria so it continues checking the rest of them. In context of the video, how would you have one form that let you put in 5 or so fish names, and pulled all their data at once

I cannot find any tutorial where I can get total of a field by using sql or vba code at form level and not via query. It saves time and mostly the end users are comfortable in working in forms. They hardly know what is a query, module or any back end application. My earnest request to all such Access experts to demonstrate to build up a simple form and select data or sum from one or multiple fields by using code at form level. Only then it will benefit the beginners. Otherwise such presentations do not stand useful.
