I may be a fan of the Uncharted games and TLOU. I appreciate the Jak and Daxter games for what they are. But because of the bullshit that Naughty Dog pulled and the fact that they alienated majority of their fans, myself included, I can't look at these games the same way that I used to. I sincerely hope that they get bankrupt because they are officially dead to me.

It's clearly fair use. It's transformative and commentary on a public issue that they've created in dealing publicly with Sarkeesian. The fact of the matter is that sharing the leaks is not a crime or even a copy write issue as we've seen time and time again. These idiots dug their own grave deciding to deal with Sarkeesian and publicly I might add. When Naughty Dog or anyone professionally associated with them started talking about dealing with and taking Sarkeesian's advice professionally they made it a public issue and open to discussion. They can claim copy write issues with the leaker. That's understandable given that was unreleased copy written materials, but once they became public, regardless of what manner they were public, it became open for any and all coverage.
