The sound design really brings it all together. The sound of distant shots isn't overly loud, it sounds like real guns being fired. The breathing of the player, the scuffle of your feet and clothes, everything.

something i think the devs need to realize is that the lack of communication over the past year since they released this has really made people lose interest, It also doesn't help that bodycam came out first and now people are talking about that instead of this.

communication with your audience is key if you don't want to fall off.

Usually I have to not tell friends if this is a game or real life to try and fool them. But this time, I have to convince them this is in fact is a game. Absolutely incredible.

For me, the most realistic thing isn’t the lighting, isn’t the effects, but it’s the part where the gun isn’t in the same place every time. It’s not stagnant on the bottom right corner like so many other games. In fact, it moves, sometimes to the center, and sometimes out of screen, according to the camera movement.

I’ve always wanted a game to use effects and sensory fog in a way of making a game more realistic, there’s no clarity in real life, this really puts the efforts of making a game emulate a recording device in a place with dust and visual noise and it proves what I’ve always imagined to be true.
