Nothing Ventured, Nothing Gained (Part 1)

Today's quote is "nothing ventured, nothing gained." what this quote means is that if you do not venture forth and ask for what you want, you're never going to get it.

My friend Jack told me to imagine waking up every day with my back up against the wall. And then from that place if you venture forth, you can move forward and gain better position and if you do ask and do not receive what you asked for, you're still in the same position as you were. You haven't lost anything in fact you've gained experience on how to tailor your messaging to get better results in the future.

A famous Bible quote is: "Ask and Ye shall receive." and I found this to be exceptionally true in my own life.

Currently, I'm staying at the beautiful Movenpick Hotel and Convention Center and I wanted to ask for late check out. so I asked and I got 30 minutes added to my stay time which is really really nice. if I had not asked, I would not have gained that extra 30 minutes. So remember, "nothing ventured nothing gained."
