ASMR Follow My Instructions... but you can close your eyes 😴

Hi guys! Here's another follow my instructions/do what I say, but this time, you can do most of it with your eyes closed! I feel like a lot of you (me included) like to listen to ASMR without the video, so now you can do that. :) (Though it still has some visual triggers for those who like watching)

Triggers include ear to ear whispers, tapping, hand sounds, mouth sounds, water sounds & spraying, mic scratching, personal attention, tracing, face brushing and more~

Trend was definitely popularized by @LunaBloomASMR so HUGE shout-out to her! Her vids are amaazzzingggg 💖

Also lol at my red face, it was sooo hot in my studio hahaha

Oh, this was so relaxing. I really enjoyed not having to keep my eyes open because I felt like I wasn't missing out by falling asleep. It was extra calming.

I last remember being awake around 10:30 pm. I have a habit of staying up until 2-3 am everyday and I decided to try this. Next thing I know, I wake up at 6:27 am. 3 minutes before I have to wake up. Thanks so much. I’m definitely gonna do this again tonight. The 30 minute video really helped btw❤❤

This is by far the best video in this closed eyes instruction stuff I‘ve ever „watched“. I listened to it more than 5 times because I always passed out during following these instructions. This mixture of whispering, mic scratching (!) and deep ear asmr.. damn it was good :D

This is relaxing even with my eyes open. I tried closing my eyes, but my dog decided I wasn’t paying enough attention to her, and she hit me with her paw. Zoey Rey is a special needs Border Collie mix, and she seems to get relaxed (and sometimes fall asleep) when I listen to ASMR or make my videos. And since Border Collies are such naturally calm breeds (😂), it’s nice to have something that calms her down! She has a bad leg, but that doesn’t slow her down much!
