Double inclined plane problems can come in various forms. One block on one side, two blocks on either side and so on. The trick is to make a free body diagram.

ABOUT "THE SCIENCE CUBE"
Physics for class 11 and 12 is a significant step-up from class 10. Rushing into understanding topics like circular motion, electricity, "moment of inertia" etc. can leave a student disinterested in the subject over a period of time.

"The Science Cube" has come about from my experience of teaching over the years and how intricate topics like "integral calculus", vectors, Newton's laws of motion etc. are absorbed by young students.

I really hope that this channel can make the students appreciate the subject and help them ace their exams.
Who can use:
Class 11 and 12 students (CBSE, ICSE, NCERT)
IIT-JEE Preparation (JEE Main and JEE advanced)
K-12
Advanced Placement (AP Physics)
Subject SAT

What if you want to solve for the mass of m1

What would I do if I have the mass of the object on the right, but not the one on the left. And the angles of the inclines are angled. How would I find the mass of object on the left, assuming the objects slide to the right?

im trying to solve the problem where there is a third mass hanging from the right side of the inclined planed. It is connected to the other 2 masses by a pulley and the forces acting on it are the gravitational force and the tension from the rope. Can someone help? I cant find it online.

Anyone know is that any solution by using virtual principle instead of Newtonian Mechanics?
