PLANET ZOO | EP. 12 - HI, SON! (Franchise Mode Lets Play)

Planet Zoo allows us to build a global franchise, and that's exactly what we're going to do in this Franchise Mode let's play. Starting in the Great White North, slowly spreading across the world, The Elite Zoo Company will be a household name by the end of this playthrough. Either that or we'll have gone bankrupt, or be eaten alive by animals that have broken free - let's find out!

When you look at the page where you can see your employees pay, you can see what their jobs are, you should unmark some of the checked boxes so that they have a less work load. And some keepers only focus on getting food, and some caretakers only focus on cleaning bins

If you want to save money but decrease the load of the workers, train them up. Once you get them up to full 5 stars and they are struggling then hire more.
With your venders I would work out exactly how many buildings you have then double it then fire the rest.

I would love to see the food court updated just because it’s a great source for money revenue. Also I love the lower bridges and I think a small time lapse on decorating the bison exhibit with plants would be great, it’s looks kinda bare in the back.

Would love to see in the next episode;
- train your staff, it will end up costing less in the long run rather than hiring more staff (WATCH vikkstar123HDs live play through, his zoo is less designed but somehow he never struggles with cash flow. I think your series would benefit heaps from incorporating his play style and yours) love your design
- education signs for the exhibits need to be updated and one exhibits board is blank the Gilia Monster
- another exhibit/species!
- please please please give your animals more food and toy enrichment and up their food quality
- another design for the tortoises habitat they deserve it!

* I like the bison and pronghorn enclosure's bridges and canopies - great ideas

* Remember to assign the education boards to display the correct animal in the new exhibits - and not the animal where you copied the original display board from.

Really love this series, gives all the goodness one needs.
With the exhibits you have a few so the "background" is facing the path, so technically the guest can only see two out of the three sides they can walk up two. Maybe rotate them so the exhibits so they have access to all three viewing sides especially on the diamondbacks.
You also forgot to change the information on the new exhibits.
And while you grow the herds for the buffalo and the antelope, you can keep them all but also put the daughters on contraceptive and switch the male out every 3-4 generations. Release him into the wild and bring in a new one to add new blood to the herd.
Also recommend lessening the work load of employees so they stay focused on one particular task. Or have a few that focus on one exhibit and then have like 2 that cover all as back up.

Divide the keeper's work between exhibit and habitats by going to their job description and uncheck some of it so everyone is not doing everything.
Also if your animals are starving and keeper's aren't able to feed on time then just send them to quarantine and they will come back fed.
The new update has made money an issue in franchise mode so keep the food grade to level 2 unless you have 100k+ and train your staff instead of hiring new ones.
