Moreover, my busy daily research finding allow me to showcase examples of these failures of this autocratic system (wherein power is consolidated by one person at the top[Putin]).

Thereby, creating a system where people within that system are afraid to speak truth to power - an inability for Russian Henchmen/Oligarchs to communicate to the Person at the top - openly, about the critical (pernicious) issues facing their country economically, militarily and technologically.

ie. An increasingly isolated and unaware Vladimir 'Presitator' Putin.

To your previous video: Finland told the very first day of support packages (at the very start of the soviet East-Ukraine occupation), underlining the statement: "these weapons are allowed to be used freely and where ever as you wish". So, there has not been any change in politics/permissions. The reason that fact is sometimes repeated, is just to underline the fact that other countries must allow it equally.

And yes, this includes the heavily corrupted USA. They are giving their very old and expiring weapons/ammunition, as everybody knows that oldest weapons are used first. The corrupted lie about "we do not want to escalate by giving modern weapons" is just that, a lie. They have very old stockpiles, and Ukraine can dismantle those weapons for free. For those who yell/cry about "money being sent to Ukraine", well zero dollars really goes to Ukraine. USA will replenish and refresh their own weapons, as just those expiring ones are sent to Ukraine. Again, all of that "USA support to Ukraine in billions" is just USA buying weaponst from USA, for USA.

By the way, those missiles Raytheon is building, for USA stock piles, would cost 40 000 million USD to dismantle. Now USA is saving 40 billion USD by giving those expiring weapons to Ukraine. USA saves a lot of money here, so politicians (and other corrupted people) talking about "tens of billions of Ukraine fundings" are just plainly and simply wrong. Please USA, sen a lot more of those expiring weapon systems, a lot, as USA has enough of those, and with even the oldest USA stockpile weapons, Ukraine will win the war in few months! And to the current DDR: release the Taurus!!!
