Angelo Badalamenti's incedible and out of the world soundtrack which gives the film such a jazzy mood. Sheryl Lee's performance and line delivery throughout the whole movie. And ofcuz the man himself David Lynch makes this one of the greatest pictures of all time if not the greatest. David Lynch's weird little sound effects, his soundmixing, use of lighting, the angles he put the camera and the way that the camera moves r so flawless in this movie. And that ending scene is one of the greatest scenes I've ever seen. I literally can't name a single flaw from this movie

I'm so glad that this movie had less humor compared to the show. The thing I love about Twin Peaks is not its humor (since it's not my type of humor most of the time). It's the eerie atmosphere, the beautiful music (not counting the jazz stuff) and the moving tragic destiny of Laura Palmer. Probably a hot take but I like the movie more than the show.

I realize this movie may seem boring (can't figure it out) to a new viewer of Lynch's work but trust me, after watching this, the original series, the new series plus the Missing Pieces, you'll have a wonderful appreciation of the art of cinema. e.g. watch the scenes from 35mins in from this movie.
