The disrespect to Kiwior is ridiculous. The guy didn't lose a Premier League game in LB for us last season. When he played from January we won everything. Arteta made a mistake by playing Zinchenko against Aston Villa (the only Premier League game we've lost this calendar year). Kiwior is amazing in LB, not in CB. He is like Ben White on the left side. The fans and manager just don't value him. Playing Zinchenko in LB when Kiwior is there is craziness.

Making defense airtight is low key Arteta genius. We might have eliminated Bayern last season with Timber or Calafiori instead of The Kiwi.🤷‍♂️

We cannot win the league without a striker upfront❤❤❤😂😂😂😂

Still been a great transfer window. But what we needed was a striker. Mixed window for us. We have plenty of depth today. Calafiori, Merino and Sterling are still top quality signings for me. The game showed today why we need an out and out striker who can finish. Trossard is our best finisher. It just takes an injury to Kai Havertz and we are in trouble.

If you get the Liverpool or city Stirling its a good deal if you get the Chelsea Stirling it wont make any difference to your attacking line at all. You probably would of been better off trying for sancho but to be absolutely perfect would of been an out and out number 9 oshimen or toney. Either way I've got arsenal down for winning the league this year. Just adding a oshimen or toney could of won you even more

It’s obvious what Mikel’s priority was and it wasn’t a forward, it was exactly the profiles he brought it……Edu was interviewed on the Arsenal website and said as much, we were never going to spend big during this window…..getting Sterling is a good piece of business and gives us something different up front……

Why cant we ever be critical of this team?? It’s like it’s taboo or something. Yea good on Arsenal for investing millions but NOW they were not handling business the way that they should

People talking about our attack like it's the worst thing to ever exist. like havertz Saka and trosard are never injured and at the very worst each can get 12 goal ode can get 8 the other midfield and defense chips in and on the bench we got martineli sterling and jesus. this is a good squad which can rotate this always moaning is not helping back your coach decision to prioritize defense.

This is an okay window for me. I would rate it 7/10. At least we have quality and depth in the defense department. I would rate it slightly higher if we have kept either Nketiah or Vieira.

Ah, it’s that time of the season where one side of Arsenal fans come back out from under their rocks to criticise. In 3 months you’ll be eating your words, just like the last 2 seasons

priority was 2 players per position to handle UCL and win prem. next season we'll buy sesko and williams when they are available and win UCL.

Fans must catch up to what's really going on and see what arteta is building, it's about the whole team not the individuals, them days of henry, sanchez, Özil, auba are over, now everyone on the pitch and on the bench is the star, arsenal is amazing at the defense and the attack, we have created in our heads this idea of how we want the team to look like but in all honesty arsenal do score loads of goals that's all that matters not the individual scoring them goals.
I honestly wanted us to get osimhen, I wanted him bad, I got goosebumps imagining him and havertz up front but I trust and respect arteta's decisions I really do

"Arsenal need a striker!"
Why, though? Did Arsenal not score more goals than anyone else last season?

Absolutely disgraceful window. Players we didn’t need/want. We saw that with poor old timber who’s a right footed right wing back playing as LB when we have 3 others who are natural left backs. He always plays right footed players on the left. Marino is another example of him trying to fit as many Spaniards into the team as possible which would be ok but he’s not as good as what we already have. ALL WE NEEDED was Ivan Toney or Osimhen…. But saying all we sold Nketiah THANK GOD.

Just maybe…. That the forward we truly want isn’t available at the moment and would look for stop gap signings to bolster the team till that signing is made

If Arteta is not careful he will not even reach a quarter of Guardiola's success as his mentor. The level of passion and ambition of Pep is on another level. Man City scored 91 goals yet the next season they bought Haaland. Arsenal doesn't have a striker yet mediocre Arteta intentionally refuses to sign a striker. Chances are likely that this season too we will finish without a silver ware...

Julian talks a lot of sense, Robbie just sad he didn’t see a signing that he likes

Personally i think its a great window. We got rid of all the fringe players and rebuilt the left side of attack with probably the 3 best options in the market. The left side was the obvious priority, not the striker. Calafiori, merino and sterling are all 3 top top players, proven, physical, ready for the prem and the cl.

Regarding the striker issue, ive been listening to all these panicked idiots cry for signing the likes of toney, gyokeres and oshimen for 60-80 million when neither of them are even as good as what we got.. and guess what, nobody went in for either of them.. nobody!!! Im glad we dodged that bullet.

He winds me up so much, we’ve invested millions but we’ve also sold and generated millions so what’s his point?

So I don't know why some people are moaning we bought a young Italian defender who looks world class we bought in a Spanish midfielder who is solid and everyone has been saying oh we desperately need cover for saka and then we got sterling and people it's only a loan we may have needed a striker but it didn't meteralise our bench now looks strong so I'm not disappointed
