As I advise most foreigners trying to get the lowest grocery prices in PH, …. try going to the local public markets in PH where the ordinary Filipinos shop. They are called ‘ palenkes’ or Mercados where the meats, vegetables and fruits are cheaper than in air-conditioned mall supermarkets. The local public markets are usually lower by 30% to 50% than mall supermarkets . Foreign branded products are usually more expensive than local brands, so try the local brands. Happy shopping.

SM Hypermart is a bit pricey although it is nationwide, there are other malls or supermarkets with low retail or wholesale prices in the provinces.

we buy our fresh produce from the public market known throughout the Philippines as "palengke" palengke has fruit and vegetable stands, fish and meat (chicken, pork and beef, mature coconut stations where they extract for you coconut milk, rice, eggs, flour, soy sauce, vinegar, chili, calamansi

if you decide to check it out bring along a local as it can be overwhelming to the senses. Filipinos go to groceries too but only to buy those that they cannot get from the market mostly milk products and frozen foods.

One thing i noticed here they don't have any really big sales on anything here if you get a 5% discount it's huge here! Andy's 50 peso bonuses from shopee and stuff are a real laugh $1 less than $1 you think they were giveing us the whole town

Bottles of soft drinks are a lot cheaper there than US. Very expensive in US for soft drinks. Cooking oil is only thing that’s expensive there. Most prices are cheaper than US.
