Optimal Geometry for Ultra-wideband Localization using Bayesian Optimization

In this video, we proposed a Bayesian optimization based approach to find an optimal geometry for ultra-wideband (UWB) localization system. We demonstrate that by optimizing the UWB geometry, the localization performance can be improved by around 40%. With our approach, the UWB localization performance can be evaluated prior to the pysical installation, thus saving time and effort.
