Spring '24 Scoop: CHEF’S LINE® All Natural Smoked Turkey Thigh Burnt Ends & Pieces

How could this incredible flavor be (drum roll, please!) turkey? Get your hands on our Chef’s Line® All Natural* Smoked Turkey Thigh Burnt Ends & Pieces – the innovation your menu’s been craving. Traditional burnt ends are made with beef, but for this latest innovation – a result of our always-on ideation process for Scoop™ – we used turkey thighs. (We’ve been developing this product for two years!)

We hand-cut each piece, marinated them, and added a sweet and savory rub with flavors of black pepper, salt, brown sugar and soy sauce. A quick sear locks in the color and flavor, followed by two hours of smoking over hickory wood, and finished with a sous vide cook. The result? Tender, juicy morsels bursting with smoky, caramelized bliss. This product is crafted with care and will be craved by customers.
