Interesting journal! I journal to organize my thoughts and tasks for the day. I also have a gratitude section that helps me start my day on a positive note. I just uploaded a video to my channel about how I journaled for 30 days :)

Use the thin fabric/elastic headbands from dollar tree or other stores that sell em. They make great book clousures
