I am actually really happy that Nintendo decided to take this out of the official game. There’s no doubt in my mind that this level would’ve scared the living hell out of me as a kid. There’s already certain parts in the official release that made me never to want to finish this game back then. This would’ve definitely given me a nervous breakdown. Watching this at age 30 gives me chills now. Imagine 6yr old me. Jesus!
