The first time I heard y'all was when I heard You Loved Me Anyway on KLOVE. I will never forget how that song showed me to me and how I cried. I still cry when I hear it.

Honestly, this song hits deep. I try to be kind, and I’m not one to say unkind things just for the sake of putting my opinion out there.
However, I have been attacked quite viciously online before, and I don’t deny that I did not always handle it in the best way. Because when someone is coming at you with barbed words and slandering you for no reason, it is hard to remember that on the other side of that viciousness is an actual person. Someone who must have some pretty deep hurts of their own if they feel the need to self-validate by attacking others.
These days, the “comments section” makes me so nervous that I find it easier to just not post in the first place, especially in Facebook Groups. It’s too painful to get attacked all the time because addressing my concerns is too “inconvenient” for other people.
