Twenty two years ago, I sat in a lecture theatre in University listening to a set from Damien Rice and Lisa Hannigan. He was getting feedback in the sound check, so he just unplugged the guitar and mic and they both sat on the stage and filed the room with magic. He's an incredible musician and performer and we were so lucky to witness it.

My last name means “Stranger from the sea 🌊 “ my daughters name is Fíadh O’ Halloran which translates to “wild and untamed stranger from the sea” which I think about so much!
