The fact that you were able to get all the chaos emeralds in emerald hill zone is very amazing to me cuz I have a lot of trouble doing the sonic 2 special stages

I love the classic sonic games and the cut scenes between but it does feel like 4 games that have been put together with all of the credits for all of the games in there. It would have felt more continuous if they put all of the credits at the end of the whole thing.

For as much as they used Amy in the advertising it would have been nice to have her as a playable character.

But since SEGA parted ways with the geniuses behind Sonic Mania they're too lazy to add anything of real value.

Mmm... not hearing the original music for Carnival Night, Ice Cap, and Launch Base was off-putting. I get why they couldn't use them, but the replacements just didn't work as well. They didn't even try to match the vibes of the originals.

I sort of have a personal opinion on this game: it’s literally another classic Sonic collection game, if you’ve played other ones like the Sonic Mega Collection plus, Sonic Classic Collection for the DS, or any of the classic sonic rereleases on mobile devices, then you’ve pretty much already played this game. It doesn’t help that each of these game have cutscenes (though that’s the only good thing I find about the game).

1. blame MJ's aascociates, not Sega
2. the songs aren't really bad
3. if you wanted an actual Sonic 3 re-release, this is the closest your gonna get to one (yes, i know that's the wrong form of "you're", i know what i said)

I usually go into the past until I get all the time stones in CD, I like the look of the good futures, also in sonic 2, special stage 4, area 2, check the ring counts on 1 player vs 2 player co-op, you'll see something interesting
