I love the immediate ""I don't think there is, it was just a mistake" always been a very humble driver.

That's the most visceral scream I've ever heard in F1.

Gutted for Charles.

Regardless of how he's driving, in that brief interview, he spoke like a pro. Reporter dangled multiple opportunities to blame anything other than himself and he didn't bite. That's insight. It's also class.

It's refreshing to see a driver take 100% of the blame. I feel like it's too rare of a sight.

Clearly frustrated with himself. Those are the moments he’ll regret but will learn the most from. Stay strong mate.

I'm more amazed he managed to find a barrier to hit on this track tbh.

From a 46 point lead to a 64 point deficit and a 110 point swing in the span of 8 races.

Edit: 63 point deficit*, 109 point swing*

0:45 as a Merc fan, that scream made me feel really sorry for Charles.

That scream hit home like nothing else man. Feel for the guy massively, he’s one of my favourites.

The vibe feels like 2018 German Grand Prix where everything went well for Seb and suddenly spun out..

The most surprising part is that Ferrari itself was not at fault

Who came here after hearing a huge "Yessss" in Monaco GP 24 0:46

His answer alone is why he deserves to be a champion. He's an amazing driver and very honest and humble.

Man, that "NOOO!" really shows his frustration...

I think Charles is one of the most objective drivers. No sugar coating, and always owns his mistakes.

It was his first year actually fighting at the top for the championship title. He even said it by himself, the level at that point is so high you can't afford to make mistakes. Hopefully, he'll come back stronger and more experienced next year to provide us with a great season and fighting one more time for the 1st place
