Easy success for Mega Rayquaza since its moveset is just a perfect fit for this battle. Leaving Kyogre dying for Leaf Blade was a bit unexpected - I would switched in Rayquaza. But, I must admit, the risult would have maybe been different!

Mega rayqauaza no doubt is the strongest, with 780 total base stat which is tied by both mega mewtwos.(even higher than Arceus)
Mega Rayqauaza and mega Mewtwo both have same stat, but raquaza gets the edge because it's weaknesses are only 2, while Mewtwo has 3. Mewtwo also have to hold its mega stone while Rayqauaza can hold an extra item, it does not needs a mega stone. Though both are awesome!
