I will definitely try this! I also heard if you freeze your candle you can pop out the wax and reuse jar. ❤️❤️❤️

Ooo Paris! Bay bay! Bless you. I'm going through it right now with the wooden wick and this saved me from melting down the wax all over again and yada yada.

I have seen several videos on wickless testing. You should initially pour the wax into the Container without a wick, this way you can dip the wick in the wax once cooled. Then test out the wicks and easily take each one out as you need to alternate

What’s the trick to WOOD wicks? I have a 12 oz Amber jar with a width across the top of 3.55” and the base of the jar is 3.25”. What’s size wood wick and brand would you recommend? In the past I randomly tried a wooden wick from Amazon and it was probably the wrong size, but I could barely get it to light and then it wouldn’t stay lit.

Thank you so much for this tip! Do you do this with every fragrance that you come out with?

Hey girl I’ve tried every cotton wick and I bought some wooden wicks from Amazon before and maybe that’s where I went wrong. Do the cotton wicks stay lit or do they often go out ?

apparently not all cotton wicks are compatible with every fragrance oil. you can have the perfect combo of wax & wick but everything can be thrown out of whack because of the fragrance oil. some people have to use different wicks with different fragrance oils. is this also the case with wooden wicks?

Hi,
Thank you for the informative video. It is very helpful, especially if you are new to wooden wicks like me! So I made a candle with a large wooden wick in a 3.5 (diameter) straight jar and it produced some tunnelling🥺. I’m assuming that the wick is too small so I want to test with the extra large wick. Can your suggested testing method work on tunnelling candles too???
