Light Language: Shadow Self Integration

This light language is intended to make the unconscious conscious. We often suppress who we are, and more often at an earlier age, for various reasons which can lead to mental health issues, anxiety, addiction and chronic low self-esteem, among other physical experiences later in life. We always have access to both the ‘light’ and a ‘dark’ aspects of life as infinite beings with freedom of choice. This energy will integrate these polar aspects and assist with any healings that need to happen in order to bring the dark to light and to have the Light integrate with the Dark within us.

Childhood memories could come up for review as the energy is leaving. New epiphanies and overall clarity of who you truly are should appear more frequently after a short while of listening to this a few times. This is somewhat of a fast-track to ascension kind of energy booster for integrating the Shadow Self multi-dimensionally. Be gentle with yourself if any personal or collective trauma comes up in your spiritual practices to be cleared once and for all.

Holy fuck. I feel like it helped me speedrun a few levels in awareness. In just a few hours, the realisations and epiphanies really came. Today I've been feeling like a new person, despite completely thrashing myself with alcohol and drugs yesterday. Being on edge in extreme conditions always served as stepping stones for me.
