👀 Hello Friends, 𝐉𝐨𝐢𝐧 my 𝑺𝒐𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝑴𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒂 𝑳𝒊𝒏𝒌 for regular updates:

The total lead time should be 24+1 days ( 24 days of inventory and 1 day of processing across all the operations). The VA should not be calculated over 24 days but over 25 days ie. Total lead time 25 days and Total processing time 1 day, therefore, VA time is 1/25 = 4%.

If i add processing time its 1day (0.25*4) and value add is calculated 1/24 which sums up around 4.2%. But the visualization shows the incorrect number brother. Anyways it a good content. Keep up the good work!
