Hi Oscar! Thanks for your videos. I used your I-485 package (Which is very useful and I strongly recommend to everyone) to file mine on Dec 13, 2022, with my I-140 approved on Nov 25 (PD is Sep 21). I got my EAD, and AP approved on March 24. In the context of the April visa bulletin, can a green card only be issued once my PD is within the date of the Final action?

Hi Oscar! I have my PD sep/22, and now, waiting DQ from NVC since last week. I understand that I can give my DQ in the next days, but my interview date will be "locked" until the current time. Is that right? Or can I have a interview because the documents was already sent to NVC? Tks!!

How can the dates move back from December to July? I mean if they are already handling cases of Dec, obviously it means the cases before that are sorted, isnt it?

Hola Oscar. Mi pd de la i140 es nov-14. Sin respuesta aún. Hace unos días apliqué por premium processing porque temia que algo así vendría. Aún no me han procesado el premium processing y yo estaría buscando ajuste de estatus porque estoy en USA. Será que bloqueo mi tarjeta de crédito para que no me cobren porque pareciera que ya no tiene sentido apurar
