I Drink Wild Water!

I have been converted to drinking wild water.

Hello Dear Friends!
I see a lot of comments with either concern for me or assuming that I lack knowledge on harvesting wild water.
So to shed some light for you…
For some of you, this may be your first time hearing the term “wild water” I first heard it from Natalie Bogwalker, the founder of Wild Abundance in North Carolina. I was very drawn to it.
However, I have been drinking wild water since I was born 36 years ago.
I grew up with an incredible artesian well on the shores of Lake Superior, where thousands of us harvest our pure water as it gushes out from deep in the earth ready to drink.
I know our society has been disconnected from our sources of life including our food and water, so it is understandable that so many would assume my practice is dangerous. Very few of us really even know where our water comes from or the processes it takes to clean it before it comes out of our tap or after it goes down our drain.
So I will share some...
These wild waters I am drinking from in this video are all from springs.
Springs are sources of water that have bubbled up through the earth, after having been fully purified by Earth as has been done for millions of years. There are no viruses, parasites (including giardia), bacteria, liver flukes or anything of that sort in a quality spring or well. Some springs can be harmed by humanities ways and so some diligence is needed, which diligence I have.
I am drinking from quality springs and wells at the source or within sight of the source where I can be certain the water is still pure. The clip of me drinking straight from the creek, is just 15 feet from the source, still pure and safe.
I know how to source quality water and am connected to Earth and not careless. I come from Lake Superior, where pure water flows through my veins.
When water needs to be purified, I purify it. When it is already pure, I’m going to drink it straight from Earth. I have purified my water from hundreds of bodies of water around what we call the United States and around the world from clear cold rivers to mucky swamps to ponds and more... I carry a portable filter with me and at home I have a more substantial filter called a Berkey filter.
Contrary to many people’s belief, there is still a lot of pure water in the world and there is still clean rainwater to be drunk as well.
I could share a lot more but I think I’ve stated enough clearly for those who would like to understand my actions.
Love,
Robin
PS. As far as the sign at this spring. That sign was there purely for liability in a State Park. It is indeed safe, pure spring water.

PS. As far as the sign at this spring that says “non-potable water”. That sign was there purely for liability in a State Park. It is indeed safe, pure spring water.

No such thing as unadulterated water anymore. Everything is contaminated unfortunately.

I get from the springs and wells and rain water as well. My berkey is outside and I've seen things swimming in the top. However, I've been doing it for a long time and I still would prefer it even to bottled water. So I don't really care what anyone else thinks. My flora is very clearly to me, all good with it.

I am from the scottish countryside and we drank a lot of rain and river water, it rains so much that the water runs off the rocks or you just open our mouths. 😂😂

Water right from the Earth nothing can beat it

Drinking it directly from the creek will contaminate that spring and will make it impure.

If the smile on your face and Happiness, I see is any indication of the benefits of drinking this water, we all should look into it, thanks for sharing😊

Yes yes. In my younger days growing in the jungles in the island of Guam, I drink rain water and a vine that grows massively in the jungles that the vines contains natural water and I know that the water also contains minerals. So, I go out to the jungles and harvest nuts from palm trees to make money since we were poor people back then. So, I grew up living off the plants and the plants that are in the surrounding ocean. It was a great and healthy life. But, today the majority rather buy food from grocery stores that are not naturally grown anymore. They may look healthy but are not.

Just make sure to run it through a self made filter and maybe boil the water for an extra measure. Even if the water seems to be clean, you don't know for sure

Please make a follow up as you can see most are concerned but I've pondered if we are doing damage to ourselves by stripping the natural water of nutrients when we drink it filtered? Isn't that what the earth provides for us and the other life to nurture Us?

I just hope you make sure the water sources aren’t polluted my modern chemicals. Everytime I go hiking and find an unpolluted water source I’m always so excited to drink it.

Drinking from the mouth of a creek after the water has been naturally purified as it's emerging from sand? It's the best most refreshing feeling ever.

Oh no... “wild water” lol.. maybe in the past you could get away with that but in this day and age.. nooo it’s important to filter and boil.. especially for the inexperienced in water harvesting.. yes i understand if it’s running water and maybe out in nature ... but after witnessing my bf at the time having chronic diarrhea just drinking straight from running mountain spring water.... uhh don’t do that please lol.. it’s just so different than picking fresh food that already has protective skin.. water absorbs every contaminant and is not as forgiving in the body...

There are really some drinking water in nature. You just need to know which is ok to drink... But rain water is full of chemicals from air.

When i was a kid I would drink from a freshwater stream in the woods near my house. I LOVE the taste of freshwater as it has a slight flavor of fresh soil after it rains.
